Richard Solovic Sr.
MONTICELLO -- Richard Paul Solovic Sr., 64, of Monticello, died Sunday at his home.
He was born April 2, 1940, at St. Louis, a son of the late Paul Solovic and Ruth Trapp.
He was employed with War Eagle Boat Co., at Monticello.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Randall Solovic of Humbolt, Tenn., and Richard Paul Solovic Jr. of Hobbs, N.M.; two daughters, Susan Jones of Hardy (Sharp County) and Anissa Tackett of Sheridan; two brothers, Arthur Solovic of St. Louis and Raymond Solovic of Festus, Mo.; 22 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home of Monticello with the Rev. Jerry Ebert officiating. Burial will be in Gaster Hill Cemetery at Monticello.
