FAYETTEVILLE — Roy "Bob" Richardson, 72, of Fayetteville died July 19, 2008, at his home. He was born Aug. 13, 1935, in Minco, Okla., to Leroy and Daisy Herron Richardson.
He was a country music entertainer and a Marine Corps veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Jeannie Richardson of the home; three sons, Brad, Johnny and Ernie Richardson; three daughters, Wendy Lau, Bobbie Denny and Sheri Mason; a brother, Kenneth Richardson; two sisters, Shirley George and Peggy Vickery; three stepdaughters, Lisa Harney, Melanie Amon and Tammy Stephenson; a stepson, Patrick Phillips; 20 grandchildren; a great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Sept. 20 at the West Fork Cemetery.
Cremation arrangements are by Beard's Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville, online at www.beardsfuneralchapel.com.
