Oliver “Frankie” Franklin Sullivan, 69, of Gould, Arkansas, passed away at his home on June 24, 2019.

He was born Nov. 6, 1949, in Lake Village, Arkansas, and was the son of the late Elmer Albert Sullivan Sr. and Lina May Abbott.
Frankie attended the Baptist Church, he had taught welding at Vo-Tech in McGehee, formerly employed by SFA Holland.
His parents and three brothers, Marion Thomas, Charlie and Elmer, Jr., and two sisters, Hazel Garcia and Louise Lemonds all preceded him in death.
Survivors are his wife, Janet Sullivan of Gould, Arkansas; two sons, Oliver Sullivan Jr. and child, Baily Sullivan of Star City, Christopher Howard Sullivan and children, Taylor, Abbye Kate and Adam Sullivan of Gould; one sister, Mildred Sullivan Bottoms of Gould; five additional grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a special loved one, Tonya Sullivan; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are by Griffin Funeral Home in Dumas.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 28, at the funeral home chapel with theRev. Scott Gilbreth officiating. Interment will be at Earnest Cemetery in Tinsman, in Calhoun County, Arkansas.
Visitation was from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to donor’s choice of charity.
