When James Monroe Pinegar was born on November 11, 1845, in Tennessee, his father, William, was 26 and his mother, Clarrisa, was 26. He had two children with Mary F. Pinnegar and two other children. He died on January 17, 1927, at the age of 81, and was buried in White, Arkansas.
