David Michael “Mike” Dews, 60, of Camden, AR passed away Sunday, January 20, 2019 at Pine Nursing and Rehab in Hot Springs, AR. He was born Febuary 14, 1958 in Camden, AR. He was the son of Jack Dews and Jane Malcolm Benkart. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church and a retired police officer.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jack Dews; step-mother, Bonnie Dews; step-father, Kenneth Benkart.
He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Dews; brother, Mark Dews; sister, Karen Breseman; step-brother, Randy Stafford; step-sister, Anita Stafford; mother, Jane Benkart; niece, Gina Breseman Kronz; great-niece, Jennifer Breseman; host of nieces and nephews, friends and family.
Visitation will be 6-8PM Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at Proctor Funeral Home. Memorial service will be 2PM Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Proctor Funeral Home. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
