Aubrey Bruce Colvert, 91 of Camden, AR was born February 15, 1920 in Thornton, AR and passed away Saturday, October 1, 2011 in Little Rock, AR. He was an Army veteran of WWII and was a member of Cullendale First Baptist Church. Mr. Colvert retired as a mail carrier from the U. S. Postal Service.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Henry and Rosa Nell Richardson Colvert and eight brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Parthenia Sanders Colvert of Camden, AR; son, Glen E. Colvert and wife, Dotty of N. Little Rock AR; daughter, Marilyn Atkinson and husband, Marks of Searcy, AR; brother, Marvin Colvert of Orlando, FL; sisters, Irma Colvert and Jane Kinney both of Little Rock, AR; grandchildren, Gabby Sherrill and husband, Steven, Chris Colvert, Mason Atkinson and wife, Deanna and Marci Burns, great grandchildren, Miles, Grant, Alex and Piper, numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at Cullendale First Baptist Church with Reverend Phillip Salmon officiating. The family will receive friends at Proctor's Monday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
