Mickey Warren Futch of Camden passed away in his sleep on February 8, 2016, due to complications resulting from heart disease. Mickey was born December 18, 1951, in Camden where he lived for all but a few years of his entire life. He graduated from Fairview High School in 1970, and the University of Arkansas with a BA degree in Mathematics in 1974. He earned several additional associate degrees in computer science and computer aided design. Mickey worked for the State of Arkansas Data Processing Department and for Wal-Mart.
He is preceded in death by his father, Fred Warren Futch (1914 -1967) and mother, Mary Hollingsworth Futch Wallace (1926 – 2006). He is survived by brother, Fred Lynn Futch, of Tempe, Arizona, and wife Sandra; and nephew Frederick Donald Futch of Queen Creek, Arizona, and wife Lisa Kaiser Futch; and grand-niece Lauren Christine Futch.
Visitation will be held Thursday 5 PM to 7 PM at the funeral home. Funeral services will be Friday 2 PM at Proctor Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
