Ruby Bernell (Bewley) Case, age 83, of Russellville, died Friday, November, 8, 2013, at her home. She was born March 10, 1930 in London, Arkansas to Robert Lee and Susie Amanda (Davis) Bewley. She was Baptist and her passion was her kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids. Ruby loved to cook. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 66 years, Rufus Case; seven brothers; two sisters; and a great-granddaughter.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, David and Wava Case of Lamar; a daughter and son-in-law, Reba and Gene Brady of Russellville; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Marvin and Bernice Bewley and William "Bill" and Glenda Bewley, all of London; three grandchildren and their spouses, Craig and Amanda Keim, Brent and Debbie Brady, and Tawnya and Aaron Beard; and 10 great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, November 11, 2013 at Restoration Worship Center, officiated by the Rev. James Findley and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home.
Active pallbearers will be Brent Brady, Rick Martin, Greg, Terry, Gary, and Don Bewley.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Ruby's caregiver, Tina McKinnon and the staff of Arkansas Hospice.
