Rita Ann Hodge, 73, of Judsonia died Nov. 10, 2009. She was born Feb. 16, 1936 in Lake County, Ind. to the late Peter and Lottie (Chruey) Walik.
Survivors: One daughter, Connie Marsh and husband Jim of Searcy; three sons, Buddy Hodge, Tony Hodge and David Hodge, all of Judsonia; five sisters, Jean Ballard of Michigan, Pat Camp and husband Arnold of Indiana, Prissy Blackburn and husband Larry of Michigan, Carol Mannino and husband Sam of Michigan, Rose Thomas and husband Neil of Michigan; one brother, "Corkey" Walik and wife Lynn of California; nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Preceded by her husband, Van Hodge; her parents; one brother, Pete Walik.
Visitation was held Nov. 13, 2009 from 6-8 p.m. at Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church in Clay, Ark. Funeral service: Nov. 14, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church with Brother Scotty Burrow officiating.
Interment: Providence Cemetery in Providence, Ark.
