Son of the late Numan and Etha Garner Watts.
Member of Liberty Hill Missionary Baptist Church.
A Navy veteran, and a farmer.
Preceded in death by his wife of sixty-four years, Fadra "Tot" Steed Watts; one son; Ronnie Vick Watts;
one daughter: Glenda Fay Watts Harris.
Survived by two Sons: Mark Watts & Steve Watts of Delight, AR; one daughter; Linda Smith of Nashville, AR; one Brother; Alton Bo Watts of Delight, AR; three Sisters; Oce Drolet of Atlanta, GA, Annette Casley of Houston, TX Cherrie Glasgow of Houston, TX; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
