SPRINGDALE — Billy Wayne Sparks, infant son of Joseph Wayne Sparks and Kelly Seals, died Feb. 12, 2006, at Northwest Medical Center-Springdale.
Survivors include his parents of the home; paternal grandparents, Billy Wayne and Mona Sparks of Brownsville, Ind.; maternal grandmother, Theresa Seeley of Connersville, Ind.; maternal grandfather, Jessie Seals of Cambridge City, Ind.; paternal great-grandparents, Nancy Wesler of Springdale, Paul Wesler of Liberty, Ind., Elaine Walters of Clay City, Ky.; maternal great-grandparents, Norma and Andrew Durham of Oxford, Ohio, Bonnie and Homer Baker of Alexandria, Ky.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Friendship Cemetery in Springdale.
Arrangements are by Sisco Chapel in Springdale.
