Louise Power, 68, of Edmond, Okla., died May 10. 1993, at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City. She was born Sept. 8, 1924, at Horatio, Ark., the daughter of William and Edna Sims Young.
She moved to Edmond from Lawton, Okla., in 1978. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Lawton.
Survivors include her husband, Louis Power of the home, to whom she was married on May 13, 1943, at Mineral Springs, Ark.; two sons, Richard Lee Power of Broken Arrow, Okla., and Jon David Power of Chapel Hill, N.C.; one brother-in-law, John R. Power of Springdale; four sisters, Corene Ayers of Horatio, Ark., Inez Taylor of Locksburg, Ark., Beth Brooks of Foreman, Ark., and Ruby Rust of Spokane, Wash.; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale with the Rev. Burton A. Miley officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Disease Support Group, P.O. Box 376, Springdale, Ark., 72765.
Arrangements are under the direction of Sisco Funeral Chapel, Springdale.
