Elizabeth Mitchell Power, 87, widow of Wendell Lee Power passed away on Thursday, April 8, 2004, in Richmond, Va. She is survived by her daughter, Ann E. Tolson and her husband Jarvis H. Tolson Jr.; her granddaughter, Teresa Ann Karnes; grandson, Christopher Lee Tolson; great-grandson, Christian Tyler Karnes and great-granddaughter, Krislyn Elizabeth Tolson.
She resided in Richmond, Va., for the past 15 years to be near her family but her in her heart she never left Arkansas. The family has returned her to Springdale where she will join her husband who passed away 29 years earlier. The family will receive friends from 4 until 6 p.m. on Monday afternoon, April 12 at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale. The funeral service will be held following the visitation at 7 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Charlie Foster officiating. Interment services are private.
Arrangements are under the direction of Sisco Funeral Chapel.
