Ray C. Hager, 81, of Bald Knob, died Saturday December 31, 2011. He was born April 6, 1930 to the late Henry and Rosalee Wilson Hager in Mtn. View, Arkansas.
Ray was a member of the New Bethel General Baptist Church, 32nd degree Mason, and a member of the Local Union 798 since August 17, 1952. He cherished God, his wife and his family.
He is survived by his wife Betty Glaze Hager; daughters, Marcelle (Jimmy) Parsons, Anita Jo (Steve) Pickens and Charlotte K. (Robert) Noyes all of Bald Knob; sisters, Betty Lou Cox and Emma Jo Glaze; 5 grandchildren, Casey (Jeremy) Evans, Jennifer Conway, Stuart and Savannah Raye Parson, Kaylee Jo Anderson; 6 great-grandchildren, Stephanie Jo Randall, Logan Sloss, Ryder and Maddox Conway, Dixie Lee Anderson and Devyn Babb.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be Sunday from 5-7 p.m., Powell Funeral Home Bald Knob.
Services will be conducted Monday January 2, 2012, New Bethel General Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Jimmy Corder and Bro. Robert Brumley officiating.
Interment will follow in Velvet Ridge Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Powell Funeral Home Bald Knob-Judsonia.
