MONTROSE, Colo. — Dorothy Ethel Bassham, 88, of Montrose died Sept. 5, 1995, at Valley Manor Care Center in Montrose. She was born July 30, 1907, in Crawford County near Mountainburg to William and Sarah Young. She was a housewife. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Fred Bassham, on March 28, 1982; one brother and sister.
Survivors include two sons, Marshall Bassham of Nucla, Colo., and David Bassham of Rogers; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
Cremation will be in Montrose. Graveside services will he at a later date in Rogers Cemetery.
