Raleigh M. White born May 5, 1811 died July 6, 1862 from wounds suffered at the Battle of Shiloh. Raleigh's father was Epha White born Sept. 4, 1782 VA and his mother was Lidda Waller born Aug. 4, 1792 VA. His parents were married July 24, 1806 in VA. The stone reads: Come Unto Me and Our Father has gone to a manion of rest. To the glorious Lord by the diety blest.
