OZARK — Bob Cleveland Wells, 72, of Ozark died Wednesday, July 15, 2009, in Ozark. He was born Jan. 13, 1937, in Cass. He was a retired engineer technician for the U.S. Forest Service, attended Church of God Seventh-day, was a member of Ozark Bass Club and coached Little League.

Funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel in Ozark with burial at Cemetery Ridge Cemetery in Ozark.

He is survived by his wife, Ouita; a daughter, Suzie Smither of Mulberry; three sons, Stan Wells of Houston, Wes and Doug Wells, both of Ozark; five sisters, Nina Smith of Freemont, Calif., Irene Roach, Madelyn Rogers and Kathleen Zolliecoffer, all of Ozark and Patricia Mars of Russellville; two brothers, Harold Wells of Cataldo, Idaho, and Tom Wells of Ozark; and five grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be David Rogers, Johnny Roach, Shane and Eric Reeves, Ryan Wells and John Yates.

Honorary pallbearers will be members of the class of '56 and U.S. Forest Service.

Ouita Wells, 73, of Ozark, Arkansas died Wednesday, December 25, 2019 in Ozark. She was a Cosmetology Instructor and Cosmetologist for forty six years and was of the Baptist faith.

She was born August 25, 1946 in Franklin County, Arkansas to Oliver C. and Farris Buckner Smith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob C. Wells and her parents.

She is survived by one daughter, Suzie Smither and husband Fred of Mulberry; three sons, Stan Wells of Houston, Texas, Wes Wells and wife Terri of Ozark, and Doug Wells of Ozark; three sisters, Mary Ann Reeves and husband Brad of Ozark, Linda Smith of Ozark, Betty Yates and husband Tim of Ozark; a brother, Charley Smith and wife Stephanie of Highfill, AR; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Family will visit with friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 prior to the service Saturday, December 28th at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel, 2315 West Commercial Street, Ozark.

Memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel with sister Pearlie Bowman officiating under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.

Serving as pallbearers are Shane and Eric Reeves, John Yates, Gage Wells, Jake Smither, and Zach Oliver.
