Clifton Eugene "Gene" Kellett of Corning died Saturday, Dec. 5, 2009, at Lawrence County Memorial Hospital at Walnut Ridge.
He is survived by his wife, Frances "Dot" Kellett; his daughter, Cathy Kellett of Corning; one grandson, Cliff Curtis; and four great-grandchildren.
Burial will follow in Corning Cemetery.

Mrs. Helen Sarah Frances "Dot" Kellett, 86, of Corning, AR., passed away Thursday, October 24, 2013 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, AR. Mrs. Kellett was born in Corning, AR., on August 21, 1927. She was a homemaker, she enjoyed reading and flower gardening. She attended the First Christian Church of Corning.
She is survived by daughter Cathy Kellett of Corning, AR.; sister Annabelle Wormnest of Pontiac, MI.; grandson Brian Clifton Eugene Curtis; several nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her husband Clifton Eugene Kellet; her parents Albert and Vadie (McCormick) Smalley; son Jimmy Roy Kellett; three bothers and a sister.
Private memorial service will be held at a later date.
