Melandie Kaye Mitchelle, 45, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, September 26, 2017.
She was born April 29, 1972 in Ozark, Arkansas.
She is survived by one daughter Kayla Nicole Collins of Fort Smith, her mother and step-father Donna Kemp (Eddie) of Fort Smith, her father Danny Partin of Ozark, and two brothers; Rev Lee Kemp of Fort Smith and Eddie Kemp II of New Mexico.
Family held Memorial Service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 30, 2017 at the Forefront Church 10300 Jenny Lind Rd Fort Smith, Arkansas. Cremation under direction of Lewis-Roberts Funeral Chapel, Fort Smith.
