James Oscar "Pod" Ross, 70, died Wednesday, May 17 at Howard Memorial Hospital in Nashville, AR.
Funeral services are scheduled at 1:30 p.m. Friday, May 19 in Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel with James McRae officiating. Burial will be in Redmen Cemetery.
Mr. Ross was born Dec. 15, 1918, at King. He was retired owner of Ross Trading Post, and was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include: one daughter, Sharyn Young of Nashville; one sister, Sue Kuykendall of Barling; two grandsons, David Young and Mark Young, both of Nashville; and a number of nieces and nephews.
