Cleo Belle Kimbrell was born on October 9, 1922, in Coleman, Texas. She married Chelsie Casten Chuck Risner on September 28, 1945, in Stone, Arkansas. They had two children during their marriage. She died on April 18, 2007, in Mountain View, Arkansas, at the age of 84.

He married Cleo Belle Kimbrell on September 28, 1945, in Stone, Arkansas. They had two children during their marriage. He died on April 3, 2007, in his hometown at the age of 85, and was buried there.
