JR Mullins, 73, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away on December 4, 2014 at his home.

JR was born on June 18, 1941 in Mountain View, Arkansas to the late Orvile Lee (Jack) Mullins and Glena (Willis) Mullins.

JR worked for the Stone County Road Department as a road grader for many years. He was a loving son, husband, father, brother, grandfather and great-grandfather who will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

JR is survived by his wife Cheri (Long) Mullins; sons, Seth Mullins, Nathan Mullins, Chris Mullins, and Tim Mullins; daughters, Megan Mullins, Sherri Mullins, and Carrie Mullins; sisters, Linda Lindy, and Lucille Thomas; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

JR was preceded in death by his parents, Orvile Lee (Jack) Mullins and Glena (Willis) Mullins; one brother, and one sister.

A visitation will take place on Sunday, December 7, 2014 from 6-8 P.M. at Roller Crouch Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas.

Graveside services will take place on Monday, December 8, 2014, 2:00 P.M. at Fredonia Cemetery in Mountain View, Arkansas with Brother Dale Hershberger officiating.

Pallbearers are Seth Mullins, Nathan Mullins, Kevin Chitwood, Cody Chitwood, Garret Mullins, and Mason Mullins.

Honorary pallbearers are Tim Mullins, Shawn Long, and Ruben Balentine.
