Tiffany Ashlynn Shempert of Dyess died Friday, Oct. 26, 2001, at Baptist Hospital in Osceola.
She was born Dec. 19, 1997, and attended the First United Pentecostal Church in Lepanto.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Wayne Shempert.
She is survived by her parents, Julie Shempert of Osceola and Jeffrey Shempert of Black Oak; grandparents, Peggy Shempert, Gary Wagers and Judy Wagers, all of Dyess; one brother, Derek Shempert of Dyess; and one half-brother, Samuel Lee Wayne Shempert of Black Oak.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, at the United Pentecostal Church in Lepanto.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, at the church with Bro. Bill John Harris officiating.
Burial will be in Potters Cemetery in Lepanto with Wilson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
