Mr. James Edward Franklin Berry, 82, of Sikeston, MO., passed away Saturday, November 23, 2013 at home. Mr. Berry was born in Success, AR., on April 29, 1931. He was a retired Diesel Truck owner/operator. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

He married his wife of 62 years Wanda Lea (Goodman) Berry on March 7, 1951. She survives, other survivors are his daughter Debbie and husband Donnie Ort of Sikeston, MO.; his sister Ellen Roach of Liverpool, NY.; his grand-daughter Deanna Phelps of Sikeston, MO.; two great-grandchildren Bryce and Mykenzie Phelps.

He was preceded by parents Roscoe and Maudie (Hay) Berry, daughter Carol Berry and brother Jerry Berry.

Funeral Services will be conducted Monday, November 25, 2013 at 11:00 AM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Johnny Bradshaw officiating. Burial will follow the services in the Corning Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Monday, November 25, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
