Lucille Monema Nash, 95, departed this life Sunday, July 13, 2014, at Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Lucille was born Oct. 4, 1918, at Lepanto, Arkansas to Jessie and Astella Robertson Carson.
Lucille was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son, two daughters, two brothers and a sister.
She is survived by her two sons, Ronald Nash and Stanley Nash; a brother, J.T. Carson; 10 grand-children; 15 great-grand-children; and seven great-great-grand-children.
Funeral services were at Murphy Funeral Home in Lepanto. Interment was in Potter Memorial Cemetery.

When John Nash was born in 1918 in Mississippi, his father, William, was 38 and his mother, Caley, was 37. He married Lucille Monema Nash on April 26, 1935, in Poinsett, Arkansas. They had four children in 10 years. He died on July 14, 1966, in Lepanto, Arkansas, at the age of 48, and was buried there.
