When Henry Clay Roberson was born on November 9, 1892, in Byhalia, Mississippi, his father, Thomas, was 33 and his mother, Frances, was 35. He married Emma E Woodard and they had three children together. He also had two children with Leanna. He died on February 26, 1975, in Lepanto, Arkansas, at the age of 82, and was buried there.
