J.P. "Pete" Andrews Jr. of Guin, Ala., formerly of Lepanto, AR., died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, at Baptist Health Louisville at Louisville, Ky.
He was a member of Lepanto Baptist Church and a farmer.
He is preceded in death by his parents, J.P. Sr. and Addie Andrews, and wife, Rita Andrews.
He is survived by a stepson, Earl G. Ray of Ypsilanti, Mich.; brothers, Bill Andrews (Shirley) of Jacksonville, Fla., Charles Andrews of Middleburg, Fla., and James Franklin Andrews (Andrea) of Sasmaua, Fla.; sisters, Ida Dolin of Marion and Nina Sue Hendrix of Horn Lake, Miss.; grandson, Joseph Slone; granddaughter, Amanda Slone; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Services were held at the Murphy Funeral Home at Lepanto. Burial was in Potter Memorial Cemetery.
