Harvey Fricks Milner was born May 2, 1933 in Saratoga, Arkansas to Fannie Lou and Harvey Clinton Milner. He grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas and was a chemist by profession. He attended Midlothian Church of Christ since 1982 and loved that little church and its members.
He came from a deeply religious background and loved his family: wife, Jane, of 57 years, son, Clint and daughters, Margaret and Katherine.
He felt it was an honor and privilege to serve his country for almost 28 years. He was honorably discharged as a Lt. Colonel in the Air Force. Harvey was a simple man who asked for nothing of another but a fair shake. He liked horses and tracing their blood lines, he painted western art and loved watching John Wayne movies with his grandsons. He liked country western music, blue jeans and boots and mowing with his tractor. His favorite past-time was napping. Harvey was extremely proud of his grandchildren; each with his/her special gift.
He was greatly loved and will be missed.
