Leroy Hunt, 86, of Corning, Arkansas, died Aug. 7, 2006.
He was a retired farmer.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Naomi Hunt.
Survivors include five sons, Roy Hunt of Corning, Troy Hunt of Marmaduke, Billy Hunt, Bob Hunt and Jay Hunt of Oklahoma City; one daughter, Linda Hunt of Corning; one brother, Sid Hunt of Corning; 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grand-children.
Arrangements were by Ermert Funeral Home Chapel in Corning. Interment was at Corning Cemetery.

LEROY HUNT
Leroy HUNT was born in Plainview, May 19, 1920 to William Thomas HUNT and Sara ROE HUNT. He died in Arkansas Methodist Medical Center, Paragould, August 7, 2006. He was 86. A veteran of WW II, he married Naomi PARKER HUNT October 23, 1944.
She preceded him in death November 13, 2001.
Survivors are five sons, Roy HUNT, Corning, Troy HUNT, Marmaduke, Billy HUNT, Bob HUNT and Jay HUNT all of Oklahoma City, OK; one daughter, Linda HUNT, Corning; one brother, Sid HUNT, Corning; 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by one son, Thomas HUNT and one sister. Ruby Hunt Elmore of Ola Arkaas.
Services Friday, August 11, 2006 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Ermert Funeral Home with Rev. J.D. PASSMORE officiating. Burial in Corning Cemetery. The family will receive visitors in Ermert Funeral Home Friday, August 11 from 12:00 noon until time for service at 2:00 pm.

Naomi Belle Hunt, 78 of Corning, died at Randolph County Medical Center, Tuesday, November 13, 2001. She was born June _____ Maynard, a daughter of the late Aaron O. and Martha Mae (Meridith) Parker.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Thomas Aaron Hunt; three brothers, H. Oren, Clarence M., & Aaron O. Parker, and a sister, Leona Burrow.
She is survived by her husband, Leroy Hunt of the home; five sons, Roy L. Hunt (Carol) of Corning, Billy & Bob Hunt of Corning, Troy (Debbie) of Maramude and Jay B. Hunt of Oklahoma; a daughter, Linda Sue of the home; two brothers, James Parker of Corning, and J.R. Parker of Fort Smith; a sister, Louella Seiler of Zillah, Washington; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services were held Saturday afternoon in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel in Corning with Revs. Doug McClellen and Matthew Woodside officiating. Burial followed in Corning Cemetery.
