May 20, 1954 - June 20, 2010

Mr. Larry Hollis, Sr. 56, of Corning, AR., passed away Sunday, June 20, 2010 at home. Mr. Hollis was born in Corning, AR. He was a timber cutter for Black’s Lumber Company. He loved to go fishing.

He is survived by one son Larry Hollis of Paragould, AR.; one daughter Angie Creameans of Corning, AR.; six brothers Tony Hollis of Boonsboro, MD., Doug Hollis, Jack Hollis, James Hollis, Connie Hollis and twin Gary Hollis all of Corning, AR.; two sisters Trish Hollis of Corning, AR., Norma Hollis of Success, AR.; five grandchildren Eli, Mallory and Reese Hollis, Brodie and Taylor Creameans; and special frind Cookie Adkins.

He was preceded in death by parents Charles “Bid” and Eunice (Cook) Hollis, brothers Dale Hollis and Charlie Hollis.

Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at 1:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with Jim Parrish officiating. Burial will follow the service in the Corning Cemetery. Public visitation will be Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at 12:00 PM until time of service.
