Mrs. Dorothy Ann Sanderson Shockley, age 85, a resident of De Queen, Arkansas, died Thursday, February 2, 2012 at her home.
She was born July 31, 1926 in Cabot, Arkansas.
Mrs. Shockley was preceded in death by her parents, Caleb and Bessie Nancy Sanderson; four brothers, John Floyd, Billy Ray, Homer Charles and Louis Claeborn "Sam" Sanderson; five sisters, Susie Lillian Nickels, Margie Earline Addibelle Reed, Jeannie Williams and Irene Hogue; and one half brother, Joe Lee Vann.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Judith Nancy and Rusty Durham of De Queen, AR; one grandson, David Lane Dobbs and his wife Tammy of Cabot, AR; three great grandchildren, Justin Harrison, Anna Lauren and Ava Lane Dobbs of Cabot, AR; and one step grandson, Wade Durham of Hatfield, AR.
