Michael Shawn Mannion, 42, of Rogers, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2005.
Michael was born Oct. 2, 1962, in Chicago, the son of Edward Mannion and Lois Lenartson. He formerly worked for Shaffer Sportswear in Bentonville and Bentonville Casting. He enjoyed reading, music and crossword puzzles. Michael had a great sense of humor and a big heart. He was a beloved husband, father, son, brother and grandpa. He will be deeply missed by his granddaughter "Lizard" and special friend J.J. He was preceded in death by his wife, Holly Mannion, who passed away in November 2002 and stepfather, Frank Nycz in August 2002.
He is survived by two stepdaughters, Erin Mattingly and husband Kenneth Keeton of Rogers and Jeana Smith and husband Mark of Springdale; his mother, Lois Nycz of Neosho, Mo.; his father, Edward Mannion of Florida; one brother, Dan Mannion of Neosho; and one sister, Tracy Scoggins of Springdale; his grandmother, Doris Mannion of North Port, Fla.; and two grandchildren, Elizabeth and Noah Keeton of Rogers.
Viewing will be from noon to 8 p.m. today at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th St., Rogers. The family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m.

ROGERS — Holly Mannion, 42, of Rogers died Nov. 6, 2002, in Rogers. She was born Nov. 24, 1959, in Compton, Calif., to Hershel and Grace Fisher Brewer. She was a receptionist and operator for Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. She enjoyed reading and was of the Church of Christ faith.
Survivors include her husband, Mike Mannion, to whom she was married Nov. 2, 1992; two daughters, Erin Mattingly of Rogers and Jeana Smith of Springdale; one brother, David Brewer of Rogers; two sisters, Charis Tackett of Springdale and Karen DiPietrantonio of Rogers; two grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Calllson-Lough Funeral Service in Rogers.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
