LOWELL — Thurman Andrew Alvarez, 38, of Lowell passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2016. Thurman was born Sept. 26, 1977, in Manhattan, Kan., to John and Dorothy Chamberlain. He was proceeded in death by his father, John Chamberlain.
Thurman is survived by his mother, Dorothy Chamberlain; his siblings, Sarah Phillips and husband, Charles, Calvin Alvarez, Richard "Eric" Aus and wife, Tina, John Chamberlain Jr. and wife, Jessica, Crystal Chamberlain and husband, Tony; and 12 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2016, at 1 p.m. with services following at 2 p.m. at Ray of Hope Church 2202 War Eagle Blacktop near Nob Hill. Burial will follow at Wilson Cemetery in Springdale.
