Mrs. Zelma Viola Emerson, 73, West Fork, died June 4 in a Fayetteville hospital. Born Aug. 28, 1901, at West Fork, she was the daughter of Wilburn and Dosha Logan Stewart and a member of West Fork Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include her husband, E. E. Emerson of the home; one son, Kenneth Emerson, West Fork; three brothers, Harmon Stewart, Fayetteville, Lendal Stewart, Enid, Okla., and Tom Stewart, Madison, Ohio; and one sister, Mrs. Mae Slavens, West Fork.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in West Fork Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Hugh Still and the Rev. Don Smothers officiating. Burial will be in West Fork Cemetery under the direction of Nelson Funeral Home of Fayetteville.
