WEST FORK — Thomas S. Cleek, 60, of West Fork died March 10, 2006, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born Dec. 24, 1945, in Texarkana to Thomas W. Cleek Jr. and Naomi Simmons Cleek. He was a 1967 graduate of Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia. He married the former Doris Sayre on July 29, 1975, in Miami, Okla. He was employed by West Fork High School as a mathematics teacher for 30 years.

Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Doris Cleek of the home; two sons, Chris Cleek of West Fork, Louis Cleek of Bolivar, Mo.; one daughter, Kellyne Cleek of Fayetteville; one sister, Juanita Cunningham of Dallas; seven grandchildren.

Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Monday at Unity Covenant Church in West Fork, with Brian Bowerman and Charlie Coil officiating. Burial is in the West Fork Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Alan Cunningham, Scott Cunningham, Alan Bradley, Clint Bragg, Bobby Cocker, Emery Ferguson, Bryan Hanna and Brandon Marshall.

Visitation is 2-4 p.m. today at Beard's Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville, online at www.beardsfuneralchapel.com.

A memorial service is scheduled at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the West Fork High School Gymnasium. A memorial scholarship fund will be set up at the Bank of Fayetteville in his name.
