Arvil Carter, 87, of Prescott and former resident of West Fork, died June 17 in Prescott. He was born Nov. 18, 1890, at Corsses, the son of John and Ora Reed Carter. He attended Fayetteville Business College.
Survivors include several cousins.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at West Fork Cemetery with Dr. Maurice Ray officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Nelson's Funeral Home, Fayetteville.
