R. Guy Glover, 87,of Texarkana, Texas, died Tuesday, February 7, 2006, in a local hospital. Mr. Glover was born March 23,1918, in Provo, Ark. He was the owner of Guy's Orange and Guy's Texas Burger, and a member and deacon of County Avenue Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mabel Glover, in 1998 and one grandson, Richard McInvale, in 1965. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Sally and Woodie McInvale of Texarkana; one granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Wendy and Mark Kizzar of Danville, Calif., one grandson, Russell McInvale of Texarkana; two great-grandchildren, Michael Kizzar and Kathryn Kizzar; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 4 p.m. Saturday at Texarkana Funeral Home with Dr. Roger Copeland and the Rev. Lloyd Roper officiating. Burial will be in East Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6-7:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to County Avenue Baptist Church, 3604 County Ave., Texarkana, Ark., 71854.
