BRICE, Johnny - (from Robinson) U.S. Deputy Marshal Connely came up here Saturday and arrested John West for the killing of Johnny Brice near Tahlequah, I.T. He was taken to Siloam for trial but most every one thinks he is innocent of the crime and that the deceased came to his death by his own foolishness in handling his pistol.
