Walter M. Sullivent, Route 2, Camden, age 51, passed away at 4:05 a.m. Tuesday at the Ouachita County Hospital. Mr. Sullivent was employed by Butane Gas Company for a number of years. He is survived by his wife, Thelma and a sister, Mrs. Fred Hopkins of Bearden and a brother, Barney Sullivent of Las Vegas, Nev., and half sister Mrs. Lynn Hall of Chula Vista, Calif., stepmother, Mrs. Hattie Riggs, one step-sister, Mrs. Willard Anders and four step-brothers, Boyce and Larkin Martin of Bearden, Floyd Martin of Bryan, Texas, and Raymond Martin of Great Bend, Kansas. The body will remain at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services will be held at the Benton Funeral Home Chapel at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. Rev. Jewell Murry and Rev. Robert Parker will conduct the services. Burial at Oakland Cemetery in Fordyce. Active pallbearers are Wallace Gordon, Robert Garrett, Homer Simms, Doyle Tomlinson, Darrel Webb and Raymond Williams. Honorary pallbearers will be Homer Garrett, K. B. Hughes, Allen Lightfoot, Marcus Nance, Oliver Nance, and L. P. Weaver. (Camden News - March 19, 1963)
