Oaklawn Memorial Cemetery
White County,
Arkansas

The cemetery is located north of the historic Oak Grove Cemetery, separated only by a fence and a row of large trees. It was listed by Leroy Blair of the White Oaklawn Cemetery County Historical Society after his visit in April 2001. Following are his directions on how to find it: "From downtown Searcy take North Main Street to Moore Street, turn right -(east) on Moore and go to North Oak Street. Turn left and go to Virgil Street. Turn right and Virgil will take you to the main entrance of Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. You can also access it by going through the main entrance of Oak Grove Cemetery off Moore Street. The two cemeteries are separated by a fence and a row of large trees running east and west to the woodline. Any graves on the north side of the fence and line of trees are in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The cemetery is very clean… There are 49 vaults in use in the mausoleum; they are included in this list. There are probably some unmarked graves in this cemetery.
