Danny Seaman, 62, of Southside, died Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at his home.

He was born November 14, 1950 in Memphis, Tennessee to Faye Moss Garner.

He was a veteran of the U. S. Army. He retired after 25 years from Eastman Kodak; was an avid hunter and fisherman. He especially liked to hunt deer, ducks and go bass fishing. Danny was the past president of the "Bikes for Christ", Batesville chapter. He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren. He was a member of the Mount Zion Baptist Church,

Survivors include his wife, Renee (St. John) Seaman of Southside; sons: Kenny Seaman and his wife, Susan of Wilmington, IL and Adam Darnell and his wife, Katie of Batesville, AR; daughter, Stefanie Canard and her husband, James also of Batesville; four grandchildren: Austin Canard, Heath Darnell, Jake Seaman and Angel Darnell; his stepfather and mother, J. D. Garner and Faye Garner of Pleasant Plains; brother, John Garner and sister, Charlotte Dugger both of Pleasant Plains; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a grandson, Hunter Darnell; his grandparents: Ulis & Jessie Moss; and a brother, David Seaman.

Pallbearers will be Colby Markum, Travis Markum, Donald McGee, Fred Mullens, Frankie St. John, David Diemer and Jared Dugger. Honorary pallbearers will be Ty Garner, Cody Garner, Dusty Garner, Shawn Dickens, Levi Dickens and Jerry Dickens.

Funeral services will at 10:00 a.m. on Friday at Mount Zion Baptist Church in Southside with Bro. Bob Dailey, Bro. Donald McGee, and Bro. Warren Allen officiating.

Burial will follow at McMullin Cemetery in Pleasant Plains and under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville.
