VIOLA LAWS, 78, of Texarkana, Ark., died Sunday, Feb. 16, 1997, at her home. Mrs Laws was born Nov. 20, 1918, in Vilonia, ARkansas. She was a retired nurse and homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. J.K. Laws.
Survivors include two sons, James Laws of Birmingham, Ala.,
and John Laws of Commerce, Texas; two daughters, Patricia Laws and Kathryn Laws of Arlington, Texas; one brother, James A. Jones of Little Rock; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a number of nieces and nephews.
