Gerald J. Brown, 86 of Texarkana, AR. passed away in a local hospital. He was born on May 19, 1929 in Foreman, AR. He was a member of Beech Street Baptist Church; United States Army Veteran as a Sergeant First Class and a member of the American Legion.
He is survived by his wife Helen Brown of Texarkana; one son Gerry Brown of Texarkana; two daughters and sons-in-law Candy and Ken McNeil of Maud, TX and Cathy and Norman Wolf of Hot Springs, AR; one sister Barbara Thomas of Union City, CA; six grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 2 P.M. Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at East Funeral Home-Moores lane with Rev. Craig Jenkins officiating. Burial will follow in East Memorial Gardens.
