Patricia "Pat" Ann Ahrent, age 68 of Augusta, passed Sunday, August 28, 2011. She was born August 25, 1943 in Corning, Arkansas to Ralph & Anna Faye (Phellan) Ballard. Pat loved to sew, garden & especially loved spending time with grandchildren. She is survived by two daughters, Tondahue Jones of Augusta, Heather Tyree & husband John of Augusta; one brother, Michael Ballard & wife Kathy of Corning; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a host of friends. Visitation was Wednesday, August 31 from 10 - 1:15 at Rhodes & Son Funeral Home, Augusta with a graveside service at Augusta Memorial Park at 2 p.m. Arrangements by Rhodes & Son Funeral Home, Augusta & McCroy.
