SPRINGDALE — James "Jim" Collins, 66, of Springdale died Nov. 3, 2005, at his home. He was born Dec. 28, 1938, in Cleveland, Okla., to Frances Ivy and Francis Louise Byrum Collins. He retired from Layman's Inc. after 27 years of employment. He was a member of the House of Prayer in Huntsville, was pastor of Full Gospel Church in Tontitown for 15 years, and was assistant pastor at the South Oak Grove Full Gospel Church. He was preceded in death by one great-grandchild.
Survivors include his wife, Charlene Collins of the home, to whom he was married April 2, 1959; two sons, Mike Lydale Collins and wife Angela of Springdale and Kenneth Wayne Collins and wife Terry of Siloam Springs; two brothers, Doug Collins and Arthur Collins, both of Springdale; four sisters, Joann Gardner of Elm Springs, Sue White of Maysville, Phyllis Johnson of Springdale and Pam Carney of Wheeler; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Mercy and Grace Cathedral with Lovena Tyson, Bob Bolen and the Rev. K.C. Collins officiating. Burial will be in Burkshed Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Sisco Chapel in Springdale.
Pallbearers will be J.R. Collins, Caleb Collins, Casey Collins, Guy Conti, Bob Farrister and Dale Bilderback.

SPRINGDALE — Florence Charlene Collins, 74, went to be with her Lord on October 3, 2015, at her home in Springdale. She was born June 28, 1941, in Forum, Arkansas to Rev. Cecil and Mable Bilderback. She enjoyed being a homemaker, sewing and volunteering at the Hospital Auxiliary and spending time with her family who loved and adored her.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 47 years, Rev. Jimmy L. Collins to whom when was married on April 2, 1958. Also preceding in death are her parents, three brothers and one sister. Survivors include two sons, Mike Collins and wife Angie of Springdale and Wayne Collins and wife Terry of Siloam Springs; four grandsons, J.R. Collins, Caleb Collins, K.C. Collins and Eric Demoss; three granddaughters, Jody Conti, Crystal Pendley and Kerri Stoll and 11 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Earlene Wright and Peggy Cline of Springdale and Lovena Tyson and husband Bob of Huntsville; two brothers, Howard Bilderback and wife Carolyn of Amarillo, Texas, Ronnie Bilderback and wife Danita of Farmington; five sisters-in-law, Ethel Collins, Phyllis Johnson, Joann Gardner and Sue White all of Springdale and Pam Carney of Siloam Springs and several nieces and nephews and her church family.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale. Funeral services will be Thursday, October 8, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale with Rev. Johnny Case and Rev. Bob Bolin officiating. Burial will follow in Burkshed Cemetery.
