Dale Clark Hanson, age 82, a resident of Lockesburg, Arkansas, died Tuesday, June 28, 2016, at Little River Nursing and Rehab in Ashdown, Arkansas. He was born August 13, 1933 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was the owner of Hanson’s Body Shop in Lockesburg and member of Rock Hill Baptist Church. Mr. Hanson loved to bowl, fish and was a Golden Gloves boxer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold Horace and Juanita Alice Jones Hanson; one son, Alan Clark Hanson and one sister, Lila Gurley.
Mr. Hanson is survived by his wife, one daughter and son-in-law, one son and daughter-in-law, eleven grandchildren and thirty-five great-grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services for Mr. Hanson will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 2, 2016, at Oddfellows Cemetery in Lockesburg with John Lindsey officiating, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in
DeQueen.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, July 1st at the funeral home.
