Obituary:
Beatrice Lynn Baker Colvin age 47 of Hermitage, AR. died Wednesday, January 2nd at her home. She was born April 30th, 1965 in Houston, TX. a daughter of the late Bobby Leon Baker Sr. and Jo Ann Callahan Baker. She was a Registered Nurse, working with the Home Health of Calhoun County, a graduate of S.A.U. at Magnolia and a member of Dickinson Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by her daughter Brittany Lynn Colvin and a brother Bobby Leon Baker Jr. Survivors include her husband Mike Colvin, Hermitage, AR. whom she married June 3rd, 1983 at Union Hill, Ingalls. A son Brandon Colvin and spouse Brittany, Camden, AR.; A daughter Brooke Le Ann Colvin and friend Michael Rosson, Mabelvale, AR. A brother Billy Leon Baker, Dallas, TX., A sister Becky Baker, Conway, AR. and a granddaughter Ella Lyn Colvin, Camden, AR. Funeral services were 1:30PM Saturday, January 5th at Union Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Ricky Smith officiating. Dottie Smith was pianist and soloist. Burial was in Union Hill Cemetery by Frazer's Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Harold Speers, Robert Sanders, Tom Harrell, Jimmy Martin, Russell Woodard, Mike Williams and Saul Porter.
