Obituary:
Noel Wayne Richard age 80 of Warren died Friday, October 19th, 2012 at his home. He was born December 29th, 1931, at Ingalls, Arkansas to the late T.F. (Buck) and Carrie Mann Richard. He served in the United States Navy from 1949-1953. His last tour of duty was aboard the USS Randolph. He was a retired electrician with Potlatch, Inc., with 22 years of service. He worked as an electrician for Georgia Pacific, was an elevator installer with Otis Elevator, was a member of Hermitage Baptist Church and Grassy Pond Deer Club. Survivors include his wife Pat Boley Richard whom he married September 18th, 1954, two daughters; Dorothy Cooper and spouse Jim, The Woodlands, Texas; Judy Cox and spouse Gene, Conway; three sons, Perry Richard and spouse Cherri, Camden; Russell Richard and spouse Tracie and Terry Don Richard and spouse Gina, Hermitage; 14 grandchildren, David Dunaway and wife Reecia, Warren; Jeremy Richard and wife Kim, Hot Springs; Brandon Dunaway, Rison; Jamie Milkowski and husband Terry, Sherwood; Laura West and husband Jason, Warren; Haley Jackson and husband Skylar and Megan Dixon and husband Aaron all of Conway; Wesley, Chaney, and Lane Richard, Hermitage, Katie Richard, Monticello, Tripp Cooper, Austin, Texas, Kennedy Richard, Camden, and Cole Richard, Warren; and 12 great grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by a sister Ethel Richard. Funeral services were 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 21, at Frazer's Chapel with Rev.Daniel Haigwood officiating, Rev. Wayman Mann and Rev. Loren Strickland assisting. Burial was in Union Hill Cemetery at Ingalls. Organist was Linda Barrett and musicians were Kelly Haigwood, Stephanie Wright, Sonny Bethea, Eloise Cameron and Melvin Mills. Active pallbearers were his grandsons, grandson-in-laws, and Steven Koone. Honorary pallbearers were the members of Grassy Pond Deer Club. Memorials preferred to the Hermitage Baptist Church Bus Fund; P.O. Box 6; Hermitage, AR. 71647, or a charity of your choice.
