Obituary:
Willie "Bill" Troop Outlaw, age 97 of Russellville, AR., formerly of Eagle Lake Crossroads, AR. died Wednesday, September 22, 2010 in Russellville Nursing Center. She was born October 14th, 1912 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was a homemaker and a member of Eagle Lake Crossroads Baptist Church where she joined in 1951 and a contributor to the Eagle Democrat Newspaper for 38 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Morgan Outlaw, whom she married July 20th 1950 in Warren, AR. and he died January 29, 1989. Also preceding her in death, a step-daughter, Janice Marlow, a half-sister, Maudie Nixon and a grandchild, Regina Huitt Young. Survivors include 2 daughters, Mary Light, Russellville, Ar. and Ruth Huitt, Warren, Ar. 1 step-daughter, Joyce Vickers, Hermitage, AR. 2 step-sons, Royce Outlaw and Waylon Outlaw both of Crossett, AR. 1 sister, Agness Haskins, Hopkinsville, KY. 19 Grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Funeral services were 10:00AM. Saturday, September 25th at Frazer's Chapel with Rev. Buddy Burton and Rev. Wayman Mann officiating. Linda Barrett was organist and David York was soloist. Burial was in Union Hill Cemetery by Frazer's Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Danny York, Glenn McNiece, Dale Ledbetter, Larry Sharp, Van Temple and David York.
