Obituary:
Melissa Renee Boykin, age 35, of Star City, AR, died Wednesday June 17, at her home. Born November 13, 1979 in Warren, AR a daughter of the late Tommy Ray Forrest and Donna McIntyre Mayer she was a former bank employee and a Baptist. Survivors are 1 son Chase Boykin, Star City, AR. 1 daughter Caylee Boykin, Star City, AR. 1 sister Shannon Courson, El Dorado, AR. Maternal grandmother Nancy Sewell, Fleming Island, FL. Funeral service was 2:00 p.m. Monday June 22, at Frazer's Chapel with Rev. Wayman Mann officiating. Linda Barrett was organist. Burial was in Union Hill Cemetery at Ingalls by Frazer's Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Marty Forrest, William Forrest, Christopher Peek, Matt Jacobs, Ron Bethea and Matt Hartsfield. Memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society.
